HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused concentration that allows the body to relax while the mind becomes more likely to accept suggestions. And this, in turn, helps to change behaviors.
The Hypnotic State occurs when brain activity is in the alpha range (8-13 Hz). In this range you are neither awake nor asleep. It serves as a doorway between the conscious and the subconscious, allowing easy access to memories and information that has been stored.
Besides being an extraordinary method to help changing behaviors and achieving goals, in the physical health area Hypnosis can reduce stress by increasing relaxation, offering positive suggestions, and eliminating negative thoughts. It can be very helpful in cases of anxiety, insomnia, phobias, obesity, asthma, and irritable bowel syndrome. Research also reveals that it can reduce cancer-related pain, labor pain, nausea, and vomiting. In some cases, hypnosis can be combined with cognitive therapy or other relaxation and behavioral techniques.
As of 1958, the American Medical Association has recognized hypnotherapy as a valid medical treatment for certain conditions.

IMAGERY

Your mind has a unique way of coding, storing and expressing information, experiences, even your fantasies. It does it so through images. Imagery, therefore, is the flow of thoughts you can see, hear, feel, smell, and taste. It's the currency of dreams, projects, memories and reminiscence. It is the language of the arts, love, feelings, and most important, of the deeper self.
You've probably heard about the law of attraction and the power of visualization to shape your reality as thoughts materialize, a concept also related to Quantum Physics. Imagery opens a window to your inner world to view your own ideas, feelings, and interpretations in a powerful way, because it's combined in therapy with hypnosis, allowing your subconscious to believe what you are imagining.
Possibly the best known usage of imagery in healing is its direct effect on physiology. Imagery, can stimulate changes in many body functions that had been usually considered inaccessible to conscious influence, like heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory patterns, oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide elimination, brain wave rhythms and patterns, electrical characteristics of the skin, local blood flow and temperature, gastrointestinal motility and secretions, sexual arousal, levels of various hormones and neurotransmitters in the blood, and immune system function. NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the description of fundamental dynamics between mind and language, and how this interplay affects our body and behavior.
In NLP, the human modeling concept is applied. And this is actually how we perform or accomplish something. It's our building model. The first thing this process requires is finding and describing the important elements. For example, if you want to teach a skill or a concept, you should first find an expert or a specialist before incorporating the model into your own programs.
Effective communication is also a key element of NLP, creating rapport and understanding the way people receive and interpret the information you are providing.

SHAMANIC WORK
In Shamanic practices, work is carried out by the spirit or the soul. Healing is based on the knowledge and insight from working with the spirits of nature, such as rocks, trees and the land, or from working with spirits of animals and humans (ancestors). For the shaman, everything is alive and provides information. You could call it spirit, energy, or consciousness.
It's a direct experience of spiritual knowledge and tends to facilitate growth in all religious faiths, because it is work of a direct contact with nature. The insight you gain from Shamanic practice is unique and individual.
It's a powerful work tailored to the individual needs of the person being healed. Western medicine seeks to find one cure that works for many, but, if it only helps a limited number of persons, then it isn't offered at all. Shamanism provides a unique treatment holistically geared to the specific needs of an individual.

THETA HEALING
Theta Healing is essentially applied quantum physics, by using a theta brain wave, the practitioner can connect with the source of energy to identify issues, witness healings on the physical body, plus identify and change limiting beliefs. Until recently, brain wave was believed to be accessible only in deep sleep or yogi-level meditation.
Some of our beliefs are entirely subconscious, and in all probability are useless to us. Experience has formed some of our beliefs. In Theta healing some beliefs were passed down to us in our DNA. They are held at the level of the soul, but we were born with them! Other beliefs have been formed by the collective consciousness, history, the societies we live in. REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese form of healing that involves the transfer of Universe Energy through the practitioner to the client The practice enhances an individual’s natural ability to heal themselves by balancing their own energy. This practice impacts the body... the mind... the spirit.
The body is an energy-based system. When that energy is disturbed or interrupted, a disease, pain or an emotional imbalance occur. What Reiki does is to reopen, restore or redirect that energy flow so the system comes back to its original balance, therefore regaining health, achieving relaxation, dispersing toxins, opening channels in the body and coping with anxiety and depression.
Reiki will also reinforce the effects of any other method of natural healing, and it can be used as a supplementary therapy for other treatments.

EFT
EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture, but no needles are necessary. So, how do you stimulate well-established energy meridian points on your body? The answer: by simply tapping on them with your fingertips.
This is the theory behind EFT: All emotional upsets are caused by disturbances in the body's energy system. When you correct the disturbance, the emotional upset dissipates. This doesn't mean that we don't feel any emotion. What it means is that we have a tool that can neutralize excessive emotion. It also gets rid of excessive fear, but doesn't get rid of your sense of self-preservation.
Using the Chinese Medicine concept of meridians and energy pathways in the body, EFT involves gently tapping on the end points of these meridians, while focusing on the problem, to settle energy disturbances in these meridians.
